The Lake Course
The Lake likely offers the sternest test, providing golfers an opportunity to use nearly every club in the bag. The first and the ninth flank spring-fed Mystic Lake and provide some of the best views on the property.

Hole 1
Favor left side from the tee. Fairway slopes slightly toward Mystic Lake. Expect a middle to long iron for the approach to a long green.
PAR 4

Hole 2
Drive to a plateau fairway with bunker left and mounding on the right. A short iron for the approach to a long narrow green set in the mounds.
PAR 4

Hole 3
Longest hole on the course. Positioning is important on the second shot to navigate the stand of trees on the right of the dogleg. Be happy to make par!
PAR 5

Hole 4
Tee shot requires carry over wetlands from an elevated tee. The club selection should be one less than normal due to the elevation changes.
PAR 3

Hole 5
Target mounds on right. Be careful not to drive through fairway, mystic lake comes in to play on right. Long hitters can fly trees on left with a well struck long iron or fairway wood. Green slopes toward the fairway and is elevated. Add about a half club on approach.
PAR 4

Hole 6
Tee shot from an elevated tee plays about a half club less than normal. Green slopes from back to front and is bunkered on all sides. Unmaintained area left, right and behind green is played as a lateral hazard.
PAR 3

Hole 7
Slight dogleg right requires tee shot down right side of fairway. A well hit driver will leave a medium to short iron for approach. The green is well bunkered and will display a variety of pin placements.
PAR 4

Hole 8
Tee shot requires a premium on distance and accuracy. A driver down to the right side of the fairway leaves the best view of the green. A drive left of fairway almost assures a bogey at least. Green is guarded by bunkers left and right and grass bunker in front.
PAR 4

Hole 9
A classic three shot par 5 for most golfers. Longer hitters may choose to drive over the corner of Mystic Lake on the right. Green is guarded by stream left and front.
